Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and optimize high-performance mobile applications for millions of users within a logistics and digital services initiative.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, drive architectural improvements, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and code reviews. Fluent Polish and English are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Android development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Experience building modern UI with Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming with Coroutines.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to maintain scalable mobile apps.
• Fluent in Polish and English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications with focus on performance and stability.
• Refactor and optimize existing solutions; drive architectural improvements.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and release processes.
• Deliver high-quality, testable code and contribute to technical decisions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for development and operations.

As a Senior Android Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and improving high-performance mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. This position offers the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to software architecture, and help deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric products.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Android applications with a focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Enhancing existing solutions through refactoring, code optimization, and continuous architectural improvements
• Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and release processes
• Delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while contributing to technical decision-making
• Participating in code reviews and promoting engineering standards, best practices, and software quality
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation to support development and operational processes

Requirements

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in Android application development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with the Android SDK
• Practical experience building modern user interfaces with Jetpack Compose
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency using Coroutines
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD practices, and maintaining scalable mobile applications
• Fluent communication skills in both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
