Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Java and Angular skills to join a dynamic, globally engaged team. You will design, develop, and maintain digital platforms used by employees, clients, and drivers, in an Agile environment.

You will craft backend and frontend components, implement secure, scalable solutions, and collaborate with cross‑location teams to drive innovation in connected vehicle services and mobility experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Java Developer with Angular.
• Proficient in Java and Spring for backend.
• Strong Angular frontend experience, latest versions preferred.
• Proficient in API development and secure coding.
• Experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English; Polish language required.
• Willingness to commute to the Warsaw office 2 days a week; resident in Poland.

Working in an Agile environment, the team partners closely with both corporate and local stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance connected vehicle services, fleet management, and self‑service mobility experiences.

Your tasks

• Developing backend and frontend components of the application
• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions
• Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

• Strong knowledge of software design principles, secure coding practices, and API developmentFamiliarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in creating technical designs, test cases, and conducting code reviews
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Openness to commuting to the office in Warsaw 2 days a week
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
