Sii Poland in Szczecin is seeking a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and improve high-performance mobile applications for logistics and digital services. You will work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, influence tech decisions, and help deliver reliable, scalable, user-centric products.

Responsibilities include crafting robust Android apps, refactoring for performance, building CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to architecture and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience in Android app development.
• Proficient in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern UI patterns.

Join a long-term product development initiative in the logistics and digital services sector, focused on creating mobile solutions that support millions of everyday users. As a Senior Android Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and improving high-performance mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. This position offers the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to software architecture, and help deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric products.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Android applications with a focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Enhancing existing solutions through refactoring, code optimization, and continuous architectural improvements
• Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and release processes
• Delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while contributing to technical decision-making
• Participating in code reviews and promoting engineering standards, best practices, and software quality
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation to support development and operational processes

Requirements

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in Android application development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with the Android SDK
• Practical experience building modern user interfaces with Jetpack Compose
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency using Coroutines
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD practices, and maintaining scalable mobile applications
• Fluent communication skills in both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
