Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Android Developer to join a long-term product development initiative in logistics and digital services. You will design, build, and improve high-performance mobile apps, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to influence technical decisions and software architecture.

Responsibilities include crafting robust UI with Jetpack Compose, implementing asynchronous flows with Kotlin Coroutines, and delivering quality code with automated testing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial Android development experience
• Strong Kotlin and Android SDK proficiency
• Practical experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI
• Solid asynchronous programming with Coroutines
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Fluent Polish and English for international collaboration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications with focus on performance and UX
• Refactor and optimize existing code and architectures
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and release
• Deliver high-quality, testable, maintainable code and participate in technical decisions
• Lead code reviews and promote engineering standards and best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support development workflows

As a Senior Android Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and improving high-performance mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. This position offers the opportunity to influence technical decisions, contribute to software architecture, and help deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric products.

Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Android applications with a focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Enhancing existing solutions through refactoring, code optimization, and continuous architectural improvements
• Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and release processes
• Delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while contributing to technical decision-making
• Participating in code reviews and promoting engineering standards, best practices, and software quality
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation to support development and operational processes

Requirements

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in Android application development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with the Android SDK
• Practical experience building modern user interfaces with Jetpack Compose
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency using Coroutines
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD practices, and maintaining scalable mobile applications
• Fluent communication skills in both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
