Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Android Developer to join a long-term product development initiative in logistics and digital services. You will design, build, and improve high-performance mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to influence technical decisions and software architecture.

You'll lead tasks from designing features to delivering reliable, scalable apps, maintain CI/CD pipelines, review code, and document solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of Android app development experience.
• Strong Kotlin skills and hands-on Android SDK experience.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI development.
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming with Coroutines.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and scalable mobile apps.
• Fluent Polish and English for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications with focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness.
• Refactor and optimize existing solutions and improve architecture.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for development, testing, and release.
• Deliver high-quality, testable code and contribute to technical decisions.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation supporting development and operations.

As a Senior Android Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and improving high-performance mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Your tasks

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Android applications with a focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Enhancing existing solutions through refactoring, code optimization, and continuous architectural improvements
• Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and release processes
• Delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while contributing to technical decision-making
• Participating in code reviews and promoting engineering standards, best practices, and software quality
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation to support development and operational processes

Requirements

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in Android application development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands-on experience with the Android SDK
• Practical experience building modern user interfaces with Jetpack Compose
• Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency using Coroutines
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD practices, and maintaining scalable mobile applications
• Fluent communication skills in both Polish and English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
