Sii Poland in Szczecin is seeking a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and improve high-performance mobile applications for logistics and digital services. You will work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, influence tech decisions, and help deliver reliable, scalable, user-centric products.

Responsibilities include crafting robust Android apps, refactoring for performance, building CI/CD pipelines, and contributing to architecture and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience in Android app development.
• Proficient in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern UI patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android apps prioritising performance and UX.
• Refactor and optimize codebase; drive architectural improvements.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for release processes.
• Deliver high-quality, testable, and maintainable code; participate in technical decisions.
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for development and operations.
