Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Android Developer to join a long-term product development initiative in logistics and digital services. You will design, build, and improve high-performance mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to influence technical decisions and contribute to software architecture.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of commercial experience in Android development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Experience building modern UIs with Jetpack Compose.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and Concurrency with Coroutines.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and scalable mobile apps.
• Fluent Polish and English communication for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Android applications with a focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness
• Enhancing existing solutions through refactoring, code optimization, and continuous architectural improvements
• Building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and release processes
• Delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while contributing to technical decision-making
• Participating in code reviews and promoting engineering standards, best practices, and software quality
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation to support development and operational processes
