Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking an experienced Android Developer to contribute to an Android Automotive-based application stack. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test features for a vehicle infotainment system.

You will collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA to ensure high-quality software while maintaining code health and performance. Prior automotive or embedded experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven Android developer with a strong portfolio of shipped applications.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin/Java and the Android SDK.
• Experience with Android Architecture Components (Lifecycle, ViewModel, etc.) and common design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an end-to-end team collaborating with system engineers, product owners, designers, backend teams and QA.
• Implement, test and refine new features for Android Automotive-based application stack.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Maintain and improve code health through regular refactoring and optimization.
