Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced senior team member in Wroclaw to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team delivering robust software solutions in the fintech space. You will collaborate with development and support teams to ensure quality, scalable systems and timely issue resolution.

You will engage in customer inquiries, data reconciliation, and incident management, while driving knowledge sharing and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or near completion in FinTech/Finance/IS, or equivalent experience.
• Fintech or financial services experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a queue-based support environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a senior team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure robust, scalable software delivery with cross-team collaboration.
• Share knowledge and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
• Monitor support queues and address tickets promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues including financial calculations and processing.
• Investigate alerts and drive resolution.
• Provide in-depth product support using established templates.
• Facilitate user training sessions as needed.
• Communicate incidents per FIS process.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams including development and infrastructure.
• Participate in client governance forums representing FIS technology.
• Escalate complex issues to experts and track resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and recurring issues to support quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
