Job summary

Optiveum is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a large AMLA transformation for a banking client. You will lead cross‑functional teams, translate regulatory requirements into delivery plans, and govern complex programmes across multiple entities.

The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) with 40 h/week, and pays 135 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B). English fluency and proven leadership are required.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in project/programme management across large-scale transformations.
Proven governance, risk management and executive reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across diverse stakeholders.
Strong banking/financial services experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Leadership with ability to drive delivery outcomes.
Advanced English proficiency.
Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate (KRK).

Responsibilities

Lead complex initiatives and translate business strategy, regulatory requirements and priorities into actionable deliveries.
Establish and drive governance, delivery models and execution frameworks.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business areas, legal entities and technology teams.
Manage programme governance, reporting, risks, dependencies, escalations and decisions.
Drive change management activities and support organisational readiness.
Build and lead high-performing teams and coach delivery staff.
