Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced AML/KYC Analyst to join our Cracow team. You will provide production support for KYC and Client Onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high standards of customer service to Global Bank, our core client. The role requires at least 4 years in AML/KYC, strong due diligence expertise, and excellent English.

German is a plus. You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor data for risks, and contribute to policy development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of AML/KYC experience or related fields.
• Strong expertise in customer due diligence and KYC processes.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Providing production support for KYC and Client Onboarding teams.
• Ensuring AML compliance and conducting customer due diligence.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service during onboarding.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve KYC/onboarding issues.
• Monitoring and analyzing customer data to identify risks.
• Assisting in development and implementation of KYC policies.
• Staying updated on regulatory changes and best practices in AML/KYC.
