Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Gdańsk to explore a next-generation AI architecture from rack scale to data centre workloads. You will design experiments, benchmark AI workloads, and study how hardware and software interact, turning uncertain results into measurable evidence.

You will help build tooling and automation for data collection and visualization, contributing to reliable, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience using Python to write tests, automate tasks, analyse data or develop practical engineering tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly using evidence.
• Willingness to work independently and collaborate across engineering teams.
