Job summary

Graphcore in Poland is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to build quality foundations for Kubernetes systems powering next-generation AI compute. You will validate the workload management stack, ensure reliable cloud-native tests, and develop automated suites for complex distributed environments.

This hybrid role requires at least three days weekly in the Gdańsk office. You will drive test strategy, automation practices, and collaborate across software, infra, and QA to deliver reliable products with

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming experience for automation and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or equivalent.
• Experience testing cloud-native, containerised or distributed systems.
• Solid Linux and Kubernetes understanding with debugging across layers.
• Familiar with CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Ability to raise quality standards and support other QA engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test suites and integration tests.
• Validate workload management and Kubernetes integrations for AI compute.
• Improve CI/CD quality practices and test coverage.
• Investigate and debug issues across Kubernetes, infra and app layers.
• Mentor and guide less experienced QA engineers.
