Job summary

Graphcore is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to build quality foundations for Kubernetes systems powering AI compute. You will validate workload management for accelerators, design automated tests, and improve CI/CD quality while working in a hybrid setup with three days in Gdańsk, Poland.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing, distributed systems expertise, and leadership within the QA team to elevate test coverage and product reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming for automation and test engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or similar frameworks.
• Experience testing cloud-native, containerised or distributed systems.
• Solid Linux and Kubernetes understanding with debugging across layers.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to improve test coverage and support other QA engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test suites and integration tests.
• Validate workload management in Kubernetes for AI accelerators.
• Investigate, debug and resolve issues across Kubernetes, infrastructure, and applications.
• Contribute to CI/CD quality practices and test strategy.
