Job summary

Semantive is seeking a Senior AI Solution Engineer to join a long-term collaboration on advanced agentic workflows and production-grade AI systems. The engagement is offered on a B2B contract basis, with potential for longer-term collaboration or project-based engagement depending on needs.

You will design agentic AI workflows, integrate with enterprise systems, and ensure secure, auditable deployments while collaborating with customers to translate real-world workflows into scalable AI

Qualifications

• Commercial-grade software experience with enterprise languages like Python, Java, C#, Go, Node.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-native apps (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with React or Vue frontend stacks.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs at scale.
• Understanding of distributed system design and architecture.
• Excellent documentation and code-quality practices.
• Agentic AI and workflow experience.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph Platform.
• Familiar with MCP or API orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Understanding tool-use patterns, model selection, action planning, memory/state, and multi-step agent execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and build Agentic AI workflows combining LLM reasoning, tool use, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, evaluation, and automation.
• Work with LangChain, MCP, A2A patterns, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Agentspace, Bedrock, Sagemaker.
• Develop integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems (REST APIs, business apps, data platforms, workflow engines).
• Develop agentic workflows for domain-specific semantic layers for data readiness and quality.
• Collaborate with customers to identify real-world workflows and opportunities for agentic workflows.
• Ensure security, auditability, and reliability of agentic systems in production.
• Contribute to architecture design, engineering standards, and documentation.
