Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer to join the security team, focusing on AI-agentic security testing and vulnerability management. You will build multi-agent systems and orchestration layers to enable autonomous testing workflows across the product ecosystem.

You will fine-tune LLMs with LoRA/QLoRA for security domains, generate datasets for automated testing, and collaborate with the security team to mitigate vulnerabilities using AI-driven methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AI/ML Solution Engineer or Security Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and Rust.
• Proficiency in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
• Background in Vulnerability Management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent systems, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers to drive autonomous security testing workflows.
• Develop robust, large-scale security testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines.
• Perform LLM fine-tuning (utilizing LoRA, QLoRA, or similar techniques) specifically optimized for security domains.
• Generate and manage large-scale datasets tailored for automated security testing.
• Conduct security testing activities to identify risks and vulnerabilities in software applications using AI-agentic security testing solutions.
• Provide guidance and share best practices on AI-driven secure testing methodologies with the internal security team.
• Track the latest AI-specific security vulnerabilities and threats, proactively recommending mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the overall development, standardization, and scaling of automated security testing methodologies.

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer with expertise in AI Agentic Security Testing to join our client's security team and support key R&D activities. This project aims to enhance software security testing across the client's product ecosystem, ensuring the highest standards of protection for customer data. The Senior AI/ML Solution Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-agentic solutions to support security testing and vulnerability management processes, collaborating closely with the client's security team to proactively identify and mitigate software vulnerabilities using advanced, AI-driven agentic workflows.
