Job summary

Grid Dynamics seeks a Senior / Lead AI Software Engineer to join a high-impact initiative building autonomous AI agents that act as digital software engineers for a global fintech leader.

You will design multi-agent architectures, develop back-end services in Python, implement observability, and ensure code quality and security while collaborating across Java, .NET, and Angular stacks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing agentic AI systems or multi-agent architectures.
• Proficiency with LangGraph and LangChain for AI workflows.
• Experience with LangSmith for observability, tracing, and evaluation.
• Experience using GenAI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Strong Linux, Bash scripting, and Docker containerization skills.
• Familiarity with Java, .NET, and Angular to validate generated code.
• Excellent written and verbal English for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy autonomous AI workflows and SDLC automation.
• Develop robust back-end services and orchestrations to enable multi-agent communication.
• Implement observability, evaluation, and tracing frameworks for reliability.
• Apply prompt engineering and GenAI tools to build high-precision code pipelines.
• Ensure environment execution and sandboxing with Docker and Bash scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate agent-generated code across stacks.
• Maintain high standards for code quality and security amid evolving challenges.
