Job summary

Grid Dynamics seeks a Senior/Lead AI Software Engineer to design and build autonomous AI agent workflows for a next‑gen software engineer agent. You will lead multi-agent development, code generation, testing, and quality validation across SDLC stages.

Role requires Python production experience, LangGraph/LangChain expertise, and hands-on GenAI tooling. Strong English communication and Docker/Linux skills are essential for remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience in Python with production-grade apps.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent architectures.
• Proficiency with LangGraph and LangChain for stateful AI workflows.
• Experience using LangSmith for observability, tracing, and evaluation of AI pipelines.
• Experience with GenAI coding acceleration tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Strong prompt engineering, LLm orchestration, and context management.
• Solid Linux, Bash scripting, and Docker containerization skills.
• Familiarity with Java, .NET, Angular to validate agent-generated code.
• Excellent written and verbal English for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy autonomous AI workflows and multi-agent SDLC processes.
• Develop robust back-end services and orchestrations enabling multi-agent communication.
• Implement observability, evaluation, and tracing frameworks for AI pipelines.
• Apply prompt engineering and GenAI tools to build code generation pipelines.
• Ensure secure, reliable execution in containerized environments using Docker and scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate agent-generated code across stacks.
