Job summary

Bunge in Warsaw seeks an AI Security Engineer to lead and implement guardrails for AI usage, ensuring robust IT platforms for future AI integration. You will guide a team of AI security professionals and contribute to policy development and strategic roadmaps within the Cyber Security department.

The role requires 6–10 years of related experience, strong knowledge of AI/ML security, cloud security, and governance, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's preferred.
• 6 to 10 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of model vulnerabilities, data poisoning, adversarial attacks, and privacy-preserving ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage significant AI security projects with independence and strategic alignment.
• Provide leadership to AI security professionals and support staff.
• Develop security policies for AI/ML systems incorporating guardrails.
• Contribute to resource planning and governance for AI security.
• Create strategic roadmaps for AI security within the Cyber Security department.
• Support talent optimization plans for the AI security domain.
