Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Warsaw seeks an experienced Application Security Analyst to lead secure software development initiatives worldwide. You will manage application security programs, perform SAST/DAST/IAST testing, and guide DevSecOps practices across global portfolios.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 6–9 years in application security or cybersecurity, strong knowledge of OWASP Top 10, and the ability to influence stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6–9 years of experience in application security or cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Manage application security initiatives, processes, and assessments independently with limited supervision.
• Execute core application security activities to achieve key security outcomes across global application portfolios.
• Participate in small to medium-sized projects of moderate complexity, contributing to enhancements in application security processes and secure development practices.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of application security principles to adapt departmental plans and recommend optimal solutions.
• Perform complex and non-complex tasks involving detailed analysis to identify vulnerabilities and support remediation.
• Conduct application security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST) and ensure remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Integrate security controls into SDLC and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams on secure coding and remediation strategies.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of application security frameworks, tools, and processes.
