Job summary

Bunge seeks an AI Security Engineer to lead and deliver security governance for AI/ML workloads across its digital platforms. This role offers scope to define guardrails, advance policy development, and mentor security professionals within a global IT environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to secure AI systems, drive resilience, and help shape a future-ready AI security program aligned with Bunge’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML security principles, frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OWASP ML Top 10).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 6–10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ML model vulnerabilities and privacy-preserving techniques.
• Experience with cloud security architectures applying to AI workloads.
• Experience with security architecture, threat modeling, and risk assessment for AI systems.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and ethical AI principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant AI security projects with substantial independence and alignment to strategy.
• Provide leadership to AI security teams and support staff.
• Ensure successful delivery of large or moderately complex AI security initiatives.
• Develop security policies and guardrails for AI/ML systems and future IT landscape.
• Draft strategic roadmaps for AI security within Cyber Security.
• Contribute to talent planning for AI security over 1–3 years.
