Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Secure AI Innovation Engineer in Warsaw. The hybrid role blends Application Security, Cloud Security, and AI Security to modernize and secure client environments, with a focus on automation, security maturity uplift, and responsible AI adoption.

You will work with clients to assess security postures, define pragmatic roadmaps, and implement end-to-end controls across applications, cloud, and pipelines while embedding security into SDLC/SSDLC and enabling safe AI

Qualifications

• Strong interest in cybersecurity, innovation, and modern technologies.
• Foundational knowledge across applications and infrastructure.
• Understanding of end-to-end architectures (monolithic, microservices, cloud-native).
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10/ASVS and secure coding principles.
• Familiar with SSDLC, security requirements, testing and vulnerability management.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI with security awareness.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in increasing cybersecurity maturity by assessing posture and roadmaps.
• Propose innovative security solutions to improve posture and automation.
• Design end-to-end security controls for apps, cloud, pipelines, and environments.
• Enable secure AI adoption including LLM-based solutions and Agentic AI.
• Define and implement AI security guardrails and mitigate AI risks.
• Embed security into SDLC/SSDLC with shift-left principles.
• Support secure development environments, CI/CD, IaC, APIs, cloud platforms.
• Perform security assessments aligned with OWASP frameworks.
• Conduct threat modeling for cloud-native, hybrid, distributed, AI architectures.
• Design secure cloud/hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Ensure containerized environments (Kubernetes) are securely configured.
• Leverage automation/AI-powered tools for vulnerability detection & response.
• Translate risks into clear recommendations for all stakeholders.
• Help clients build long-term security capabilities and responsible AI use.
• Secure data flows, pipelines, identity, and access management.
