Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a QA Engineer to join the Data & Analytics Platforms RUBIK team in Warsaw. You will lead testing across the full lifecycle, write automation code, and support cloud-native Azure solutions, while validating data in Databricks/SQL environments.

The role requires 5+ years of testing/automation experience, strong CI/CD/DevOps knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. P&G offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years as Test Manager or Automated Test Engineer.
• Experience with Selenium and performance testing.
• Hands-on with Robot Framework and Python.
• At least 2 years with Databricks and SQL in Data & Analytics.
• Experience building test scenarios and strategies for critical apps.
• Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across the full product lifecycle.
• Write test scenarios and automation for Data & Analytics apps, support Azure cloud-native solutions.
• Perform frontend, backend, and data layer testing across React UI, Java services, Databricks and SQL.
• Ensure development and architecture adhere to CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps standards.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and vendors to improve performance and efficiency.
