Job summary

3Pillar Global, Inc. seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the deployment of the NEXUS platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will design multi-cloud infrastructure, partner with client IT groups, and enable secure, scalable product updates via Helm-based pipelines.

You will drive AI-assisted provisioning, integrate AIOps for proactive remediation, and evolve Terraform modules while maintaining security and compliance. This is a senior contributor role with a product mindset.

Qualifications

5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering.
Production-grade Terraform experience—modular, multi-cloud IaC frameworks.
Experience with AIOps platforms and automated observability stacks.
Experience building AI-driven automation workflows to reduce toil.
Deep Kubernetes and Helm expertise for multi-service platforms.
Strong AWS experience (EKS) with multi-cloud familiarity (Azure/GCP).
Secrets management and identity/SAML/OIDC integration experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to mentor teams.

Responsibilities

Guide client IT groups on best practices for operating NEXUS implementations.
Manage platform lifecycle and deliver updates via Helm charts.
Tailor infrastructure and workflows to client environments for seamless integration.
Architect AI-assisted provisioning workflows across multi-cloud environments.
Integrate AIOps into client ecosystems for proactive remediation.
Maintain AIOps knowledge base and automate RCA workflows.
Evolve Helm-based platform layers and Terraform libraries for secure deployments across AWS/Azure/GCP.
Design self-adapting automation to handle ambiguity and scale.
Ensure IaC and automation scripts meet enterprise security and compliance standards.
