Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Senior ML / Evaluation Engineer for a long-term freelance opportunity. You will join a team building an Enterprise Agent Development Platform, concentrating on AI agent orchestration, deployment, evaluation, observability and governance at scale.

The role is fully remote and open to consultants in Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in AI Platform/ML or Python development, hands-on experience with AI agents or evaluation

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in AI Platform Engineering, ML Engineering, or Python Development
• Experience building production-grade AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, agent frameworks, or LLM evaluation frameworks

Responsibilities

• Work on an Enterprise Agent Development Platform focused on AI agent orchestration, deployment, evaluation, observability and governance at scale
• Contribute to scalable, production-grade AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and agent frameworks
• Collaborate with remote teams to ensure robust observability and governance across AI systems
