Job summary

Jumpspeak is seeking an exceptional Senior AI Product Designer to shape the next generation of consumer mobile products. This is not a traditional UI/UX role; you’ll own design across key parts of our consumer mobile experience and work closely with product, engineering, growth, and leadership.

You should be fluent with AI tools, prototype quickly, and be able to build functional prototypes yourself. Ideal candidates think like designers and product managers and move fast while maintaining taste.

Qualifications

• Strong consumer mobile product experience
• You have designed products used by real consumers at meaningful scale.
• Experience with consumer subscription apps, education, wellness, fitness, social, productivity, or other high-frequency consumer products is especially relevant.
• You are AI-native and use AI tools in your workflow.
• You should be capable of building functional prototypes yourself.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, beautiful consumer mobile experiences from concept through production
• Turn rough ideas into interactive prototypes extremely quickly
• Use Figma + AI coding/prototyping tools to test ideas beyond static mockups
• Prototype real product behavior, interactions, animations, AI conversations, onboarding flows, and personalization
• Work directly with engineers to ship high-quality experiences
• Test prototypes with users before significant engineering resources are committed
• Use AI throughout your workflow to dramatically increase the speed and quality of product iteration
• Think through the underlying product problem—not just how the interface should look
• Help determine what we should build, not simply design what someone else specifies
