Job summary

GFT Technologies SE is hiring to deliver enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. You will own end-to-end delivery from architecture to deployment, building AI assistants, chatbots and agent-based workflows while ensuring security and compliance.

Role requires hands-on Python, MLOps and deployment automation, with cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph. Hybrid work from Kraków 8 days/month is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years delivering AI/ML in production.
• Experience delivering end-to-end AI systems from concept to deployment.
• Hands-on work building conversational AI, chatbots or agent-based solutions.
• Expert Python development and solid engineering practices.
• Know-how of design patterns, testing and microservices.
• Proficient with Docker/Kubernetes and deployment automation.
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP) and enterprise LLMs (GPT/Claude/Gemini).
• Experience with prompt engineering, function calls and workflows.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph; multi-agent architectures.
• Familiar with ML frameworks and ML/Ops platforms and observability.
• Open to hybrid work at Kraków office (8 days/month).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML delivery for enterprise projects.
• Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions with secure governance.
• Develop AI assistants, chatbots and agent-based workflows.
• Design cloud/data architectures and enterprise integrations.
• Implement MLOps and LLMOps with monitoring and evaluation.
• Build deployment pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Provide production support and optimize live systems.
• Ensure performance, reliability and compliance across platforms.
