Job summary

GFT Technologies SE in Kraków is seeking an AI/ML engineer to join an international team developing cutting-edge AI and ML solutions within the Credit & Lending domain. You will work across the full lifecycle from discovery to production, using LLMs, RAG, and cloud-native platforms.

You will collaborate with domain experts and cross-functional teams to design scalable AI architectures, deploy systems on Azure or GCP with containers and Kubernetes, and uphold responsible AI practices throughout

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Python (3+ years) and Java is a plus.
• Experience with LangChain, FastAPI, and data containers.
• Hands-on with Azure or GCP, containers and Kubernetes.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with LLM, RAG, NLP, and ML lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• LLM engineering and RAG development
• Designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for LLM-based apps
• Developing and integrating RAG systems and vector search
• Implementing responsible AI/ML with fairness, transparency, accountability
• Designing scalable architectures leveraging LLMs and ML
• Deploying AI systems using Azure or GCP with containers and Kubernetes
• Building apps following engineering best practices and clean code
• Data exploration, preparation, and modeling
• Collaborating with domain experts on data pipelines
• Applying deep learning and NLP to business problems
• Working with engineering, product, business stakeholders
• Presenting solutions, constraints, risks, recommendations
• Participating in full AI product lifecycle from idea to production
