Senior AI/ML Engineer - Remote, MLOps & RAG

Job description

• Holds a master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent
• Speaks English at minimum C1 (advanced) level
• Speaks Polish (optional, but welcome)
• Has 4+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering
• Expert knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical methods
• Experience with LLMs, transformer architectures, and prompt engineering
• Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
• Has deployed ML models to production using MLOps practices and tools
• Experience with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML)
• Comfortable with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for ML workloads
• Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Experience with A/B testing and model performance monitoring in production
• Understands ethical AI principles and bias detection/mitigation techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for various client projects
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training and inference workflows
• Implement natural language processing solutions, including chatbots and text analysis systems
• Develop computer vision applications for image/video processing and analysis
• Create and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment
• Optimize model performance and implement efficient inference solutions
• Collaborate with data scientists to transition research models to production systems
• Monitor model performance and implement retraining strategies
• Stay current with AI/ML research and evaluate new technologies for client applications
• Work with clients to understand their AI needs and propose technical solutions
