You will work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and product delivery, focusing on fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning roles.
• Strong background in ML, NLP, and applied statistics.
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Experience working with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompting, or RAG-based systems).
• Solid understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and structure proprietary datasets for training and evaluation.

• Design evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and business impact.
• Build and deploy inference pipelines for production use.
