Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build and deploy AI/ML solutions across our product portfolio. You will influence how AI is adopted, integrate models into production software, and mentor teams in modern AI practices within an international environment.

You will work on AI features for access and security products, combining ML fundamentals with software engineering, data pipelines and cloud platforms to deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-aware

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience with ML fundamentals.
• Experience with AI, Data Science, LLMs, AI APIs and AI agents.
• Strong programming in Python/Java/Go and production integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML features for products and production systems.
• Select, fine-tune and integrate LLMs and ML models into software.
• Build AI agents and workflows for code generation, testing and reviews.
• Introduce AI tooling and workflows to improve developer productivity.
• Establish AI best practices, governance, and responsible AI with focus on security and reliability.
• Mentor colleagues and promote modern AI practices across teams.
