Grid Dynamics, a leading technology consulting firm, seeks a Senior/Staff AI Engineer to push multimodal generative models for dexterous robotic manipulation in manufacturing and logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in deep learning, vision, and multimodal models.
• Proficiency with Python and PyTorch; experience with JAX/Flax.
• Ability to design and productize AI pipelines in complex projects.
• Experience in robotic manipulation or physical AI projects is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale AI training (GPU clusters, Ray).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop models for dexterous robotic manipulation in Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Lead research in robotic perception, motion generation, and physical AI.
• Develop algorithms and architectures to improve AI performance and scalability.
• Create robotic applications combining computer vision, motion planning, and RL/RLA models.
• Define data generation and supervise data collection to scale datasets.
