Job summary

Northmill Bank in Katowice seeks an AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI solutions using Bedrock and Quick AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale, secure, and automate agentic workflows and ensure governance of LLM tooling and patterns.

The role involves hands-on development with AWS, GitHub Actions, Copilot, Cursor and Jira/Confluence, in a hybrid work setup. You will join a multidisciplinary team in an environment that values innovation, data-driven decisions,

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering.
Solid experience with Amazon Bedrock & Amazon Quick AI.
Solid experience in Python and adjacent tools.
Solid experience with prompt engineering and prompt testing (structured outputs).
Experience with designing harnesses for coding assistants, understanding of modern agentic patterns.
Experience with cost optimization of GenAI solutions.
Experience with using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar agent frameworks.
Understanding of data security and other risks associated with agentic workflows.
Willingness and interest to collaborate and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Quick AI.
Partner with development teams to prepare scalable, secure agentic solutions.
Drive evolution of our AI platform, adopting GenAI best practices in SDLC and automation.
Participate in evaluation, cost optimization, and governance of tooling, LLMs and design patterns.
Collaborate with AWS, GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Google Gemini, Jira, Confluence and Git.
