Job summary

AgentixLake GmbH is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to take enterprise AI applications from design to production, owning the software, evaluations and operational controls behind generative AI systems that work with customer data, tools and business processes.

You will design Python services, build retrieval-augmented generation workflows, and deploy reliable AI apps with monitoring, incident handling and clear handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven production software delivery of AI/LLM applications.
• Strong Python, API design, testing and debugging skills.
• Practical experience with containers, Git and CI/CD.
• Hands-on with RAG, tools, structured outputs and evaluation beyond prompts.
• Experience with Bedrock/Claude or similar model services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Python services linking LLMs to enterprise APIs and data sources.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation systems with document ingestion and indexing.
• Engineer agentic workflows with permissions, retries and audit trails.
• Develop document intelligence pipelines with validated structured outputs.
• Create evaluation datasets and measure quality, latency and cost.
• Deploy and operate AI apps in customer-controlled environments with monitoring and handover docs.
