• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-powered workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
• Use AI coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and docs.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, support, and operations.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, reliability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and turn experiments into production.
