Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Strong experience with FastAPI.
• Hands-on ML experience and model evaluation.
• Experience with LLMs and GenAI solutions.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks incl. LangGraph and DeepAgent.
• Experience with MCP tool integration.
• Strong AI system design and API-based architectures.
• Experience with CosmosDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.

Type of contract: Employment contract

Salary range: 18800 - 28900 PLN gross

What will you do?

You will join a team delivering large scale solutions for the financial services sector, supporting digital transformation, process automation, data integration, and application modernization initiatives. In this role, you will design and build AI-powered applications, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions within a highly regulated environment.

Your tasks

• Design and develop AI-powered applications and services using Python and FastAPI
• Build and optimize GenAI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases
• Create and maintain agentic AI workflows using LangGraph and DeepAgent frameworks
• Integrate MCP tools and external services into AI ecosystems
• Design scalable API-based architectures and backend services
• Develop and maintain solutions using CosmosDB and PostgreSQL
• Perform model evaluation and improve AI solution quality and reliability
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Apply modern software engineering practices throughout the SDLC
• Utilize AI-assisted software development techniques to improve delivery efficiency

Your skills

• At least 5 years of experience with Python development
• Strong experience with FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and model evaluation
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI solutions
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, context anchoring, RAG, embeddings and vector databases
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks including LangGraph and DeepAgent
• Experience with MCP tool integration
• Strong understanding of AI system design
• Experience designing API-based architectures
• Knowledge of CosmosDB and PostgreSQL
• Experience working with Azure cloud services
• Experience with AI-assisted software development
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and SDLC
