Job summary

Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Software AI Engineer to modernize a large estate of applications with agentic AI tooling, automated remediation, and spec-driven analysis. The role focuses on improving code health, triaging defects, and enhancing test coverage across C#/.NET, Python, and frontend ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong general software engineering background across legacy and modern codebases.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs to drive agentic coding workflows and test generation.
• Genuine test engineering mindset with emphasis on functional confidence over coverage.
• High autonomy with clear, technical communication in English.
• Hybrid work readiness based in Poland with collaboration with London teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply spec-driven approaches and agentic AI tooling to analyze code health and triage defects at scale.
• Validate and fix security vulnerabilities, upgrade dependencies, and address CVEs to pass gates.
• Build out functional, integration, and end-to-end tests using AI tooling to reach 70%+ coverage.
• Expand the AI remediation pipeline to include more portfolio services and automate patterns.
• Conduct deep architectural evaluations for large codebases to guide refactoring strategies.
• Collaborate with London-based onsite consultants and stakeholders to align remediation goals.
