Intellias is seeking an AI Engineer to move AI capabilities from prototype to production, engineering robust Agentic Systems that plan, reason, and execute complex workflows for business users. You will work with product managers and platform teams to deploy high-value AI agents across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes hands-on experimentation with AI models and frameworks, collaboration across teams, and building production-grade AI workflows and systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML applications OR 9 years of software engineering experience, with exposure to AI/ML applications.
• Strong hands-on Python for AI/LLM development.
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents / Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience integrating and working with LLM model APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
• 2+ years building with LLMs, including orchestration frameworks and vector stores.

Mansioni

• Architect complex, multi-agent workflows and deploy agents for loops, interruptions, and human-in-the-loop interventions.
• Build reliable tool layers to interact with internal APIs and third-party platforms.
• Design persistence and memory management for agent contexts.
