Job summary

Luxoft Poland is initiating the development of a solution designed to generate investment insights from sales and research materials, leveraging generative AI to shorten prep time for client meetings and improve insight quality.

You will work closely with business teams, analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into design and code, while collaborating with the development, design, and IT groups on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong backend development with Python and maintainable code.
• Production API design & delivery with FastAPI, including OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Cloud experience (AWS) beyond core compute/storage/DB.
• Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Debugging & problem-solving with ownership across the SDLC.
• Experience with LLM integration and prompt design.
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG patterns.
• Frontend development with React (TypeScript) to build UI.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams, analysts, and architects to understand requirements.
• Work daily with development, designers, copy writers and IT teams.
• Develop and present recommendations from analysis; assist in peer reviews.
• Offer solutions to improve efficiency; defend recommendations.
• Communicate with technical and business audiences and produce design docs.
• Exhibit technical thought leadership and problem solving.
