Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a seasoned Frontend Engineer to contribute to an AI-enabled solution within a signal-driven commercial intelligence platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to design, implement, and review features; you will apply AI as a core tool and advocate for best practices across the team.

The role emphasizes strong communication across distributed teams and an interest in advanced frontend technologies such as React and Next.js.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience.
• Practical experience with React and Next.js.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, testing, code reviews).
• Basic backend skills (services, database).
• Fluency in AI technologies and experience utilizing AI agents to design, code, and test applications.
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to collaborate with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to application design using industry best practices.
• Implement new features in collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers.
• Share technical solutions and perform code reviews, design discussions and pair programming.
• Apply AI as a primary tool to design, build, test, and support solutions.
