Job summary

Aura Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI features using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents. You will work with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact capabilities in a fast-moving environment.

You will build end-to-end AI pipelines, optimize latency and costs, integrate with REST APIs, and collaborate with global engineering teams. This fully remote role welcomes experts who stay ahead of AI advancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Engineering or AI/ML experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.).
• Experience building REST APIs (FastAPI preferred).
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to model inference.
• Develop AI-powered features using large language models.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Design AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Integrate AI capabilities into scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Optimize AI systems for latency, scalability, reliability, and infrastructure cost.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor production models, identify performance issues, and continuously improve model quality.
• Troubleshoot production AI failures and edge cases.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
