Job summary

Inetum Polska Sp. z o.o. is hiring an AI Engineer to build AI-powered solutions that aid engineering teams in daily development and testing. You will work hands-on with LLM-based agents, agentic workflows, AI-assisted development, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.

You will design and improve AI agents independently, collaborating with QA/SDET and engineering teams, and take a metrics-driven approach to AI quality with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/agentic development environments (OpenCode or similar).
• Experience with AI-supported software development and LLM-based solutions.
• Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript for understanding/reviewing code.
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles.
• Regular-level experience with test automation or software development.
• Ability to work independently and own solutions from idea to implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with QA/SDET and engineering teams.
• Analytical approach to improving AI quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and subagents supporting engineering and test automation workflows.
• Build multi-stage agent workflows and orchestration of tasks.
• Develop reusable capabilities for agentic tooling (docs, scripts, templates, skills).
• Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality and identify regressions.
• Design guardrails and AI autonomy policies (allow/ask/deny).
• Collaborate with QA/SDET to align testing practices and patterns.
• Support AI-assisted software development and test automation use cases.
• Iteratively improve AI solutions based on measurable results and feedback.
• Contribute to tooling around code generation, understanding, and engineering knowledge.
