Ounass in Dubai seeks a highly experienced Fullstack Engineer IV to join the Engineering team. You will own delivery across the full software development lifecycle — from technical discovery and specification through implementation, verification, and production operation — using AI-assisted and agentic development workflows as a force multiplier.

Your value lies in judgment: architecture, correctness, security, and product trade-offs.

Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering with production ownership.
Senior-level web development in any language/stack.
Experience with Node.js/JavaScript and React.
AI-native development and agentic workflows familiarity.
Strong API design and scalable systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

Drive secure, scalable architecture patterns for AI-assisted fullstack development.
Own and evolve the team’s agentic development harness — rule files, agent skills, tool/MCP.
Integrations, guardrails, and observability — versioned code artifacts.
Champion system design for high availability, fault tolerance and performance.
Ensure security, privacy and regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Lead end-to-end feature delivery from spec to production monitoring.
Define testing strategy with automated tests and eval suites.
Collaborate with design, product and QA on requirements shaping.
Build and maintain integrations with e-commerce platforms, payments, CRM/CMS.
Evaluate emerging technologies and AI tooling for the team.
