Job summary

Recruitee is seeking a backend-heavy product engineer to turn fuzzy AI ideas into trusted interfaces. You will own problems end to end—from shaping and building to shipping and validating impact—while collaborating across Backend, Frontend, Design, QA and DevOps.

Expect hands-on work with Elixir and AI stacks and opportunities to mentor teammates. In the first months you’ll learn the team, product and architecture, then take ownership of features, contribute to technical decisions, and help

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with Elixir or strong backend experience in RoR, Python, Java or PHP.
• Experience with Typescript and Mastra (AI TypeScript framework) or willingness to learn.
• Senior-level judgment: shipping features with quality and trade-offs in mind.
• Fluent English; Polish is a plus.
• Interest in building with AI and hands-on AI/LLM experience counts.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end to end: shaping, building, shipping and validating impact.
• Take ownership of features, participate in design discussions and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Backend/Frontend Engineers, Design, QA, and DevOps to deliver improvements.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge through pairing and collaboration.
• Ensure features are well-tested, maintainable and meet quality standards.
