Job summary

Elsewhere Entertainment in Warsaw seeks a Senior AI Designer to join our gameplay team. You will design and implement NPCs, define behaviors, and help push our new IP forward.

Collaborate across disciplines to deliver engaging AI, write clear documentation, and ensure inclusive, respectful teamwork while contributing to a project aimed at creating an exhilarating and expansive experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional game industry experience.
• Experience with visual and object-oriented scripting.
• Experience with animation requirements and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership over design of combat and non-combat NPCs and their behaviors.
• Writing both detailed and high-level documentation, defining NPC behavior and requirements.
• Implementing the AI using behavior trees.
• Understanding of animation requirements and dependencies.
• Working with an in-house object-oriented scripting language, database and animation tools.
• Communicating complex ideas to the development team.

Elsewhere Entertainment is looking for a Senior AI Designer to join the development of a new IP.

Feed your creativity while collaborating with our team of highly skilled developers to build something innovative, exhilarating, and expansively entertaining!

As a member of the gameplay department, you’ll design and implement a variety of non-player characters to bring life to the game world.

As a member of the project, you’ll help take the studio and our game from great to even better—with a focus on inclusivity, mutual respect (for ourselves and our players), thoughtfulness, empathy, professionalism, and collaboration.

You’ll help us by…

• Taking the ownership over design of combat and non-combat NPC and their behaviors
