Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Director to lead AI and automation engineering within a global program. You will own AI agents, set technical standards and guide risk and policy teams on AI adoption at scale.

This hands-on role requires deep technical ownership, senior stakeholder engagement and a track record of delivering end-to-end automated solutions using Claude, Python, Power Automate and Microsoft platforms.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in software, automation or data engineering with senior ownership of production systems.
• Demonstrable experience building production solutions with Claude, including Claude Code and the Claude Agent SDK.
• Strong Python and automation of document and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation for recurring program reporting using Claude and Claude Code.
• Own the AI and automation roadmap for the program and prioritize work.
• Guide teams on applying AI and agentic AI within the function’s services and processes.
