Job summary

Grid Dynamics, a Nasdaq-listed technology firm, seeks an experienced AI Architect to join the CTO team. Lead AI/ML projects from concept to production, drive pre-sales engagements, and mentor teams across customer experience and Agentic AI offerings.

Focus areas include Agentic AI, conversational agents, and enterprise search, with collaboration across GCP/AWS/Azure ecosystems and partner tools.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years building production AI/ML systems.
• Proven leadership as Staff/Principal Engineer or Architect.
• Proficient in Python for web, AI/ML, data eng.
• Hands-on with DL (NLP/CV) and PyTorch/HuggingFace.
• Strong cloud exp (GCP/AWS/Azure) & MLOps best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities and client workshops.
• Drive R&D and asset strategy across industries.
• Bootstrap projects from discovery to initial development.
• Collaborate with delivery to scale AI/ML solutions.
• Develop AI practice through training, mentoring, and hiring.
