Qualifications

• AI-driven, agentic approaches and systemic AI architectures.
• Strong backend fundamentals and scalable backend patterns.
• Experience in pre-sales or consulting with clients and executives.
• Ability to communicate business value to C-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI and agentic workflows into production environments.
• Embed into client ecosystems to architect backend integrations.
• Iterate rapidly across multiple technical challenges while maintaining momentum.
• Bridge technical work and business value with client stakeholders.
• Shape and evolve the core AI tech stack from field insights.
