Job summary

beqom is seeking a Senior Agentic Backend Engineer to lead the specification and governance of AI-driven data platform services. You will own the agentic pipeline, verification and architectural decisions, collaborating with Data Platform, Analytics, Support, and Product teams to turn requirements into agent-executable specifications.

You will shape the future of AI-embedded development, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across multi-tenant environments.

Qualifications

• Senior backend experience with production systems in .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record shifting from code writing to agent-directed development.
• Exceptional specification writing for PRPs and agent-executable specs.
• Strong verification engineering with scenario-based testing and validation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic delivery across multi-tenant data platform services.
• Write structured, testable Product Requirement Prompts and maintain versioned specs.
• Collaborate with Data Platform, Analytics, Support, and Product teams to translate needs into agent specifications.
• Build and maintain the agentic pipeline and governance for security and compliance.
