Job summary

beqom in Kraków is seeking a Senior Agentic Backend Engineer to join the Data Platform Core team, owning specifications for AI-driven services including multi-tenant data ingestion, schema management, snapshots, and data contracts powering analytics. You will not write code; AI agents will.

You will guide the agentic pipeline, ensure governance, and collaborate with analytics, product, and support to translate needs into agent-executable specs.

Qualifications

• Seasoned backend engineer with production experience in .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
• Shift from coding to directing AI-driven agents with specs and governance.
• Strong ability to write precise, agent-executable PRPs and specs.
• Experience auditing agent-generated code and ensuring quality gates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features across multi-tenant data platform services through AI agents from specifications.
• Author structured PRPs and spec files; maintain a versioned spec library.
• Run parallel agents; evaluate outcomes against specs and improve first-pass success.
• Build and maintain the agentic pipeline and governance with audit trails.
